A lofty 6 metre stud and floor to ceiling windows provide spectacular sea views of Whangaroa Harbour from all the living spaces and both bedrooms (one on the mezzanine floor and the other on the ground floor).
This accommodation is wheel chair accessible and has ample covered parking, wide access ramps and grab rails in the ground floor level entry bathroom and spa area.
Outside is a fantastic outdoor kitchen so you can make the most of the fabulous views and magical sunsets.
Like the lodge, Kauri Hill Villa has an open plan design but at 272 square metres has a smaller footprint. A lofty 4m stud and floor to ceiling glass frontage provides spectacular sea views of Whangaroa Harbour from all the living spaces and both bedrooms.
The villa is wheelchair accessible and is well appointed for those who may need physical assistance. Provisions include a level entry shower with grab rails and there are also grab rails in the spa pool.
